Risotto Cremoso de G\u00edrgolas y Vino Blanco<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Dificultad: Media | Tiempo: 40 min | Porciones: 4)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g de g\u00edrgolas frescas (limpias y cortadas en l\u00e1minas).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de arroz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cebolla picada finamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dientes de ajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza de vino blanco seco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 litro de caldo vegetal caliente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de manteca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de queso parmesano rallado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal, pimienta y perejil fresco.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Paso a paso<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Saltear las g\u00edrgolas<\/strong>: En una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite, dorar los ajos y la cebolla. Agregar las g\u00edrgolas y cocinar 5 min hasta que suelten su jugo. Reservar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cocinar el arroz<\/strong>: En otra olla, tostar el arroz con un chorrito de aceite. G\u00edrgolas Salteadas al Ajillo con Lim\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Dificultad: F\u00e1cil | Tiempo: 15 min | Porciones: 2)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g de g\u00edrgolas frescas (enteras o en trozos grandes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 dientes de ajo en l\u00e1minas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pimiento picante (opcional).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jugo de \u00bd lim\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cucharadas de perejil picado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal y pimienta al gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Paso a paso<\/strong>:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dorar el ajo<\/strong>: En una sart\u00e9n con aceite, sofre\u00edr el ajo y el pimiento a fuego medio hasta que est\u00e9n fragantes (sin quemar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saltear las g\u00edrgolas<\/strong>: A\u00f1adir las g\u00edrgolas y cocinar a fuego alto 5-7 min hasta que est\u00e9n doradas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aromatizar<\/strong>: Agregar el jugo de lim\u00f3n, perejil, sal y pimienta.
